- Car rental is available in three tariffs: BASE, TOP, and VIP. The BASE tariff includes a basic package of services — 200 km of mileage per day, with a charge of 5-15 Dhs for each extra kilometer. The TOP tariff offers an extended package of services and includes 300 km of daily mileage, with a charge of 5-15 Dhs for each kilometer exceeding the package. The VIP tariff consists of a premium set of options with unlimited mileage.
- Di Marca offers car rental services without a deposit for the TOP and VIP tariffs. When hiring a vehicle under the BASE tariff, the Renter must pay a security deposit (Loss Damage Waiver) of 3000-5000 Dhs, depending on the car model.
- Salik (road toll) is separately paid if the vehicle is rented under the BASE tariff. The cost of passing through each Salik gate is 5 Dhs. This road toll is not charged when renting a car under the TOP and VIP tariffs.
- Car delivery is free for vehicles rented under the TOP and VIP tariffs. If the Customer hires a car under the BASE tariff, he/she pays the delivery cost of 100 Dhs.
- Di Marca offers a reward system (DM Rewards) for customers renting cars under the TOP and VIP tariffs. They receive a 5% discount on the next rental. This offer does not apply to customers renting vehicles under the BASE tariff.
- Di Marca provides a gift set and chargers for customers hiring cars under the TOP and VIP tariff plans. These options are not available when renting under the BASE tariff.
- When paying by card, a commission is withheld from the Renter, which is 3% for rentals under the BASE tariff and 1% for rentals under the TOP and VIP tariffs
- When renting a sports car under the TOP or VIP tariff, customers have the following option: company representatives meet them at the airport with an SUV and deliver the luggage to the hotel. The service is not available when renting a car under the BASE tariff.
- The Customer has to pay all the expenses (Damage, Traffic fines, Fuel, Extra Km).
- Upon request, a child car seat is provided free of charge when renting a car under any of the tariffs.
